"I ordered a dining set from Home Gallery..."
I ordered a dining set from Home Gallery Stores, the lead time they gave me ended up being pretty much exact. I was a little nervous because furniture can take sooo long sometimes, but it actually showed up right when they said it would.
They kept me updated enough along the way too, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on. Nothing dramatic, no hassle, just got what I ordered in the timeframe they promised. I’d definitely order from them again.

I had a few questions before placing my order on homegallerystores.com, and their customer service team got back to me really quickly. They were friendly, helpful, and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them or being rushed. Someone even followed up afterward, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a smooth experience and made me feel way less stressed about buying.

I got the wrong item in my order at first, which was a bit annoying, honestly. But support, they sorted it out fast. The replacement showed up and after that everything was fine. Not the best start, but it was handled well, so 5 stars I’d still give.

"Great value for someone who’s picky about furniture"
As someone who really hates overpaying for furniture, I was surprised by how good the value was. I ordered a dining set from homegallerystores.com, it looks nicer than a lot of the options I saw locally that cost more. Delivery did take a little while, but it wasn’t anything unreasonable. For what I paid, I’m really happy with the purchase.

"It looks nice now that it’s finally..."
It looks nice now that it’s finally put together, but wow, the assembly was kind of annoying. A few of the holes didn’t line up that well, and the instructions weren’t super clear in some spots. It ended up taking way longer than I expected. Not a bad piece overall, I just wish putting it together had been easier.

"Backorder mess dragged on forever"
I placed my order because it showed as available, then after I paid I suddenly got told it was backordered. After that, getting updates was like pulling teeth. I had to keep reaching out, and every reply was basically the same canned apology without any real answer. I finally just cancelled the order because the whole thing was too annoying.

"Photos made it look nicer than it is"
I ordered this cabinet because it looked really nice online, but in person the finish feels a lot cheaper than I expected. A few of the edges are kind of rough, and one of the drawers doesn’t sit quite straight, which is noticeable once you see it. Delivery itself was totally fine, no issues there. I did reach out to support and they basically said something like, “minor variations can happen,” and asked for photos, but for the price I was hoping for better quality right out of the box.

I figured the colors might be a little off in person, but nope, they were pretty much exactly like the photos. No weird surprises when it showed up.

"Refund dragged on longer than it should have"
I ordered from homegallerystores.com, but the delivery date kept getting pushed back, so I finally just canceled the order. At first I figured, okay, no big deal, these things happen.
Then the refund part started dragging on, and that’s where I got annoyed. They told me it had been processed, but it took way longer than I expected to actually show up, and I had to email more than once just to get a clear answer.
To be fair, nobody I dealt with was rude, so I’m not saying the service was terrible. But a refund should not feel like a part-time job to follow up on.

I got my order confirmation almost right away, and it was actually easy to read. It had all the details I needed, so I wasn’t left wondering what happens next. Overall, it felt "smooth"

I ordered a dining set from Home Gallery Stores and decided to go with the white glove delivery, even though I went back and forth on whether it was really necessary. i’m glad I did. The delivery guys called before they came, showed up during the window, and were really careful getting everything inside. I was worried about the walls and doorways because the set isn’t exactly small, so paying a little extra felt justified to me.
They unpacked everything, placed it where I wanted it, and hauled off all the boxes and packing stuff. I didn’t have to deal with lifting, assembly mess, or a pile of cardboard afterward. Maybe I could’ve managed it myself, but this made the whole thing way easier and less stressful.

I ordered a dining table and the details on the site were just really accurate. The size, color, and finish all matched what showed up, pretty much exactly like they listed. It just made the whole buying process easier since I didn’t have to guess. I’m very happy with it.

"Delivery scheduling was easy, but I’m still expecting a little follow-up"
I ordered from homegallerystores.com, the delivery scheduling part was easy. They called ahead like they said they would, and I was able to pick a day that actually worked for me.
The time window wasn’t bad either, which I appreciated because I didn’t have to sit around the entire day waiting. The driver showed up within the window, and overall the delivery itself went smoothly.
That said, I’m still expecting some kind of compensation or credit for the inconvenience around the overall order experience, even though the delivery scheduling was handled well. It’s nice when furniture delivery doesn’t turn into a headache, but I do think the company should still make things right when needed...

I ordered a dining table and chairs from Home Gallery Stores, i was expecting them to be decent, but the quality ended up being better than I thought. The wood has a nice heavy feel to it, the joints look clean, and everything feels sturdy with no wobbling at all. It really doesn’t have that rushed or cheaply made feel.
The delivery did take a little longer than I hoped, so I was slightly unsure at first, but once everything was set up, I felt like it was worth the wait. The finish looks even nicer in person, and the set fits our dining room perfectly. I’d definitely consider buying from them again.

The delivery got here quicker than I expected. I guess that’s on me for assuming it would take longer, but I’m definitely not complaining.

They got my issue fixed quickly and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops, which I appreciated. i’d been starting to lose a bit of trust after the problem came up in the first place, so this helped. Still, I’m not fully convinced yet, but the warranty process itself was easy
